Friday
Slip and depart home ports to venue
1300 Muster in the Bar as and when on arrival and complete joining routine.
Shipmates arriving early, break for SSS dhoby and change.
Rig of the day, casual/polo/t-shirts with RN related logo’s, preferably Brum.

Saturday
Muster for breakfast as you please. (Call the hands is cancelled, don’t tell the Joss Man)
AGM
11.00  (T.B.C.)
Gala Dinner
1830 For 1900
After Dinner
Rum Tot/Port toast to absent friends, etc and thank you’s.
Entertainment.
Disco.
Raffle and auction in aid of our chosen Association Charity, Acorns Children’s Hospice, Birmingham.
Singing and dancing  until the midnight hour.

Sunday
Muster for breakfast as you please. (Call the hands is cancelled again)
Check out for those Shipmates deploying home.
Muster in reception area for goodbyes and farewells.

Carry on for those staying on.
