Subscriptions can be paid by:

• Debit / Credit Cards

• Cheque

• Standing Order

• Bank Transfer

Membership as follows:

• Full members – £10.00 per year – due annually
• For spouses, partners or other family member, the cost will be a flat rate of £5.00 

Anyone going to reunions,Gala Dinner etc must be a member of the Association, and must produce ID card at venues.

Once you have made payment, please e-mail the chairman with details of payment.  The Chairman will then process your ID card.

If paying by Cheque then this process will take a little longer due to cheque clearance, and checking bank statements. Please make cheques payable to: HMS Birmingham Association D86
